Q. How do I track my Order?

A. After we ship your order, a tracking ID and related details are sent to you regarding your order via e-mail and SMS. Kindly refer to it to track your order. In case of any issue, please contact us with all relevamt details at contact@indiaethnics.com. We will immediately be able to reply to you.

Q. What is your "Delivery Policy"?

This delivery policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through www.indiaethnics.com.

Our products are shipped via a freight carrier and should arrive within 7 - 10 business days for Indian addresses and within 12-15 days for overseas addresses. In case there is a delay, our customer service team will keep you informed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship out on Sundays.

At the time of check-out you wil be informed of any applicable shipping charges depending on your destination. Although we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, we reserve the right to reject any order in case the courier services are not able to ship the products there.

In no event will indiaethnics.com or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Q. What is your Cancellations and Returns Policy ?

Q. What are the modes of payment for purchasing on indiaethnics.com ?

A. We accept the following modes of payment:
- All major Debit/credit cards
- Net banking of all major banks
- Cash on delivery (COD) (COD is not available for International Shipping)

Q. Why was my order cancelled by indiaethnics.com?

A. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to order cancellation by indiaethnics.com. The cancellation may have been because of the product being out of stock or some discrepancies in the information related to the product. Rest assured, if the payment has been made, the refunds will be done accordingly.

Q. My transaction failed but the money was deducted What should I do?

A. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please drop us an email with your transaction details at contact@indiaethnics.com. We will make sure that money is refunded if it has been received by us.

Q. Where is the size chart ? I can't see it.

A. The size charts are available just below the name of the product on the product pages. If you have any doubts, please ask us.  

International Shipping

Q. Do you ship Internationally to other countries like USA, Canada, UK etc.

A. Yes, we do ship out Internationally to other countries. These include USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and lot of others.

Q. What is your cycle time for International shipping?

A. The product will take 5-7 days to ship out after Quality Checking and Quality Assurance. The exact time of the product reaching you will vary according to the country of destination. In our experience, it generally takes 15-18 days to reach the final destination.

Q. How much is the shipping cost for international shipments?

A. The exact shipping cost is visible while placing the order. Normally, we also have promotions for free shipment running which enable you to buy for free shipping when the purchase amount is exceeding a particular amount (say 100$-200$). Please look out for such promotions.

Q. What are the modes of payment for purchasing Internationally on indiaethnics.com ?

A. We accept the following modes of payment:

Q. How about the Customs Taxes and Import Duties?

A. The Customs Taxes and Import Duties are charged by the importing country authorities and we do not have any control over the same. This amount has to be borne by you separately in accordance to the law of the destination country and we are not responsible to pay for the same.

We can’t also be held responsible for any delays due to some procedures at the customs department of the respective countries.

Please check the customs’ rules and regulations or ask the concerned office in your country for better clarity. If you have imported something from other countries before without any hassles, its likely that you will not get any problem. However, we can’t guarantee that as it is not something we control.
