Q. What is a cancellation?

A. Cancellation refers to canceling of order after placing it but before the shipment has been made.

Q. Till when can the order be cancelled?

A. The Order can be cancelled upto 24 hours of placing it. Beyond that, it can’t be cancelled.

Q. What is a return?

A. After the product has been received by the customer, it can be returned.

Q. What is the period before which it can be returned?

A. The returns need to be initiated within 7 days of receipts and informed to us by emailing at

However, you need to report the intent of return with details within 24-48 hours to get it accepted. Any report after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Q. What are the reasons for which returns can be accepted?

A. i) The Product is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect in the product

    ii) The product is totally different from how it is shown on the website and does not match the order details.

    iii) The product does not fit properly even though there was no mistake from the customer’s end.

Q. What is the process of return?

A. Kindly follow the steps below:

  • i) Please check the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is to be returned, please take 2-3 good quality/clear pictures and email to us at
  • ii) Our support team will get back to you in 24-48 hours and give you a go ahead for sending the return with address details etc. Please don’t return the product unless you have received the approval from us.
  • iii) Please send the product by courier or any service you can trust and provide us with the tracking details. Please make sure that the service is trustworthy as we would not be able to take the responsibility of the return or be liable for any damage or loss in transit.
  • iv) Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition. Please also return the original packaging including tags etc.
  • iv) Once we have received the product we will analyze it and approve exchange or refund to you by mutual discussion. This is likely to take a few days time.

Q. What if a customer wants to return a product even if she made a mistake by choosing a wrong size or changed her mind? Is it still possible to return?

  • i) This is a tricky one. We can still exchange but there will be certain conditions:
    • We will not be able to provide the refund. It will be either exchange or store credit coupon.
    • The shipping charges back and forth will be payable by the customer.
    • We will deduct 25% processing charges for such orders.
Q. How about the refund of shipping charges?

We will add the amount of shipping charges in refund or exchange or store credit (as we agree) in case the problem was from our side. If it was from your end, we would not be able to refund.

Q. What kind of products are not eligible for returns?

Customized products, non-apparel products like Jewelry, Home Decoration products etc. are not eligible or returns.

Q. As a customer, what should I conclude about the Return and Cancellation policy?

Although, the final decision of eligibility of returns of products will rest with our support team and in line with the rules provided here, please be assured that we deal with Product return issues on case to case basis. In all genuine cases, we will try to do whatever best we can. We encourage you to try our products and see for yourself.
